JOB REQUIREMENTS: T&J Concrete Foundations Inc., located at 25943 County Hwy O, Cadott, WI 54727, (715) 289-3966, is seeking 25 temporary full-time Construction Laborers to work at W9204 County Rd O, Thorp, WI 54771 and multiple cities and towns in Clark County from 04/01/26 to 12/31/26 to perform lesser tasks involving manual labor at concrete construction site. Prepare the site for placing of concrete by loading and unloading materials, running string-lines, cutting wood with skill saw, using a sledgehammer to pound stakes into the ground, digging and leveling the earth using shovels and plate-packers. Assist with placing concrete by using wheelbarrows, concrete rakes, and shovels. Clean up the job site and waste materials. Three months of concrete construction experience is required. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. for 50 yards and handle extreme temperatures. Some weekend work. Will travel to worksites within the area of intended employment. No prior education is required. On the job training will be provided. \$26.83/hr. Approx. 40 hours/week, from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage based on experience and/or merit. \$40.25/hr for overtime. Up to 10 hours of overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay bi-weekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. The employer will provide housing as an option to employees living outside the regular commuting distance. Employees who elect to live in the housing will have an additional \$75.00 deducted per bi-weekly paycheck for rent and utilities. Optional daily transportation will be provided from and to the worksite and the employer will deduct \$0.00. In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker\'s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least \$16.28/day to a maximum of \$68.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
