Project Manager IT - Innovation and System Project Management

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $42.41 - $63.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is a hybrid role with some regional travel required (1-4x per year).

Summary:

Manages complex information technology projects for assigned infrastructure, functions or customers. This position partners with senior clinical and business leaders to support high priority initiatives and special projects across the health system.

Responsibilities:

Develops project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives.

Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.

Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success.

Manages project team members.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree.
