Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Lead Accountant working remotely

Pay rate: $45/hr. - $60/hr. (dependent on experience)

Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 830a -5p CT

The Lead Accountant role will play a vital role within the Consolidations team.

Responsibilities for this Lead Accountant position but not limited to :

Equity:

Record and reconcile capital movements between parent and subsidiary legal entities.

Assist with accounting for entity dissolutions, mergers, and transfers.

Review monthly consolidated equity pickup and eliminations for accuracy.

Record some equity related entries and prepare related account reconciliations.

Transfer Pricing:

Review journal entries and invoices related to transfer pricing between international and domestic entities.

Review related transfer pricing wires to international teams.

Intercompany:

Track and reconcile intercompany loans.

Prepare intercompany reconciliation for select entities, including a domestic holding company.

Review international intercompany recharge entries as needed.

Prepare Adhoc reports for internal management or assist with projects as business needs change.

Education/Certification Requirements:

BA or BS in Accounting or Finance

Experience requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience, experience in corporate or consolidations environment Knowledge of U.S GAAP Experience with Oracle ERP a plus Advanced MS Excel skills, Power BI a plus Strong communication skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines Results oriented and detail focused

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
