Job Summary

Job Title: Manager of Operations

Location: Denver Summit, Denver, Colorado

Job Description:

Lead the charge in delivering exceptional operations that power unforgettable guest experiences. The Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day venue functions, ensuring efficient service execution, strong team performance, and alignment with Levy standards. This role will drive operational excellence while supporting event success from planning through execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

3+ years of operations or hospitality management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with financial reporting and cost control

Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple departments

Manage staffing levels and scheduling to meet business demands

Monitor financial performance including labor and cost controls

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Collaborate with culinary, purchasing, and front-of-house teams

Analyze operational data and implement process improvements

Support event execution and resolve operational challenges in real time
