We're looking for anAdministrative Program Director4that will serve in a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, coordination, and performance management of three key program areas: Construction, Compliance Asset Management, and Facilities. The Director IV is expected to integrate program objectives with organizational priorities, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset sustainability.

Minimum Qualifications
Eight years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus five years of experience in administrative services; OR
A bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in administrative services; OR
An advanced degree plus four years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Provide executive-level leadership and direction for the Construction, Compliance Asset, and Facilities programs.
Oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage and optimize the Corporation's property portfolio by coordinating cross-functional efforts among departments.
Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and performance standards, to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, particularly related to asset management.
Direct capital improvement and construction initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oversee facilities management operations, including maintenance, safety, and long-term infrastructure planning.
Lead readiness and response efforts, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and corrective action implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
