Position Overview:
As part of the talented Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering on the vision of strategic execution for integrated global channel marketing programs. This leader works to build global frameworks for promotions, dealer marketing programs, regional campaigns and budget allocation. Partnering closely with the sales team and with marketing vertical partners (including category, brand, media, digital and channel stakeholders) to ensure strategic objectives are outlined, targeted audiences are defined, and messaging is consistent across channel partners and regions. The Director Channel Marketing is an accomplished collaborator and communicates effectively and appropriately at all levels to influence and impact desired outcomes.

Essential Functions:
Partners with Brand Marketing, Creative and Sales to develop customer centric integrated marketing campaigns direct to consumer and through dealer and retailer channels.
Ability to complete strategic assessments, develop strategic plans, evaluate financials, drive financial projections and structure business scenarios - capability to bring multiple desired outcomes together in a connected, cohesive way
Responsible for planning and managing executional strategy for promotional and regional campaigns ensuring alignment with paid, earned and owned to deliver a global channel approach
Gain alignment with business leaders on marketing and channel objectives and priorities on an ongoing basis.
Partner with the appropriate sales staff to determine future marketing needs and actions for dealers, OEMs and Retailers. Ensure timely adjustments to changing markets and competitive conditions based on acquired field knowledge.
Develop visual merchandising programs for dealers and retailers to maximize Mercury share of shelf in each channel
Lead strategy and execution of automated local dealer marketing programs to help dealers drive leads and growth in their local markets.
Monitors the success, impact, and contributions of all Retail Marketing programs, communicating successes, failures and next steps to management on a timely basis.
Leverage best practice Performance Marketing team in Campaign development and execution.
Develops and communicates Omni Channel key visual asset packages (messaging/imagery) to provide consistency and streamlined workflow.
Effectively navigates at various levels of the organization to acknowledge and balance connected and dependent strategies, directions & priorities.
Manages budget for channel and promotional programs.
Set strategy and drives execution for global sales lead generation program
Supports category team with dealer training materials (video, pdf, etc.)
Defines and guides the team on local marketing support for dealers
Guides the team on Marketing Qualified Leads programs
Leads marketing for Canada.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
Experience with wholesale distribution and retail channels a plus. 10-15 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in either Retail or as a part of a retailer support network with dealers
Salaried positions up to Grade 17:
The anticipated pay range for this position is 118,400 - 174,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business @context.
