As a Security Officer Patrol in Zeeland, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and help to verify that entry and exit activity follows site protocols for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors.

Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, potential hazards, and policy violations, and by completing required logs, reports, and other assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
