Description Clinical Education Instructor/ Clinical Education Assistant Professor/ Clinical Education Associate Professor (9-month position) West Virginia University School of Nursing Adult Health Department located in Morgantown, WV invites applications for Clinical Education Instructor/Clinical Education Assistant Professor/Clinical Education Associate Professor in the Non-Tenure Clinical Education Track. This is a full-time, nine-month, benefits-eligible position. This position will report to the department chairperson. Faculty Responsibilities:

Teaching in BSN and/or MSN programs. This may include clinical teaching, other formats of teaching, including traditional classroom instruction, skills lab, small group, and simulation teaching may be included.

Teaching of clinical and learning labs may be expected depending on faculty expertise and program needs. Some didactic teaching may be required.

Student advisement may be needed.

Qualifications Candidate Qualifications:

Master's degree (MSN) in nursing and one year of professional nursing practice experience.

Required to have unencumbered WV RN License by position start date.

Applicants with NP certification and earned doctorate in nursing or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Evidence of current experience in teaching sufficient to demonstrate professional competence preferred.
