Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Drug Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Drug Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician

Location: Des Plaines, IL

Pay Range: $22.40

Shift: 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

What's the Job?

Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment properly and efficiently.

Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients, then combine them into a blend.

Maintain a clean and well-kept facility and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Complete work orders and document batch records accurately following cGMP guidelines.

Participate in training sessions, including cGMP and safety protocols, to stay current with industry standards.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following procedures precisely.

Strong attention to detail with minimal errors in documentation.

Willingness to complete training promptly, including safety and cGMP training.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred but not required.
