Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Support to join their team. As a Manufacturing Support, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Support

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay Range: $17/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am - 4 pm; Friday, 5:30 am - 4 pm; Saturday, 5:30 am - 11:30 am (possible OT)

What's the Job?

Assist with packaging of products to ensure quality and efficiency

Support assembly of various products including fin tubes, storage cabinets, and brackets

Help load and unload items on the paint line to facilitate smooth operations

Participate in maintenance activities, including cleaning and janitorial functions

Work collaboratively within the team, maintaining flexibility to support other areas as needed

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience with small hand tools, power tools, or manual tools preferred

Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly

Strong attention to safety, utilizing personal protective equipment at all times

Willingness to work in a moderate noise environment and in varying temperatures
