Radio Frequency Components (RFC) has a need for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor at its Andover, MA facility. This position has overall responsibility for the Wafer Fabrication operations team consisting of 20-25 employees. This individual will lead a team of people in a fast paced and dynamic environment to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of work. This individual will also be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.
This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, equipment maintenance, production control, and the program management office. Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

Execution of schedule and cost.
Workforce planning and forecasting.
Employee hiring and training.
Time and Attendance Tracking.
Area layout and flow management.
Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
Ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
Supervisor, leadership and/or manufacturing experience is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working in and/or guiding semiconductor manufacturing in a bargaining unit environment in the aerospace/defense industry.
Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma implementation projects.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and solid people management while using good judgment to resolve conflicts.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) and/or SAP.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
