Cable Assembler - Entry Level (1st Shift)

$15/hour | Paid Training | Full-Time

Looking for steady, hands-on work? Join a growing manufacturing team as an Entry-Level Cable Assembler . No extensive experience required - we're willing to train reliable candidates who enjoy working with their hands and following instructions.

What You'll Do:

Assemble cables and wire harnesses using step-by-step instructions

Use basic hand tools like crimpers, cutters, and heat guns

Apply labels and heat-shrink materials

Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy

Work as part of a supportive production team

What We're Looking For:

Entry-level candidates welcome

Some experience with assembly or hand tools is a plus, not required

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive tasks

High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Paid training provided

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
