Job Descriptions:

Support care behind the scenes! As a Medical Department Technician at Chapa-De, you play a vital role in ensuring our clinical teams have the tools, supplies, and environment they need to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care every day.

Hourly Pay: $23.00-25.80

Benefit Highlights:

Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision)

10 days PTO per year, Paid Holidays and 1 hour for every 30 hours worked sick time

Retirement Plan with 6% match

Duties:

Maintain inventory, order and stock supplies, monitor expiration dates, and ensure exam rooms, labs, and supply areas are fully stocked and organized.

Perform point-of-care control testing, sterilize instruments, and maintain autoclave testing and equipment per guidelines and policy.

Maintain PPE supplies, safety documentation (e.g., SDS), and ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.

Process supply ordering paperwork and keep patient education materials and required records current and accessible.

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, GED.

Proficiency in MS Office including MSWord, Excel and Outlook preferred

Medical office experience highly preferred.
