Pay: $23.00/hr with shift differential

Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Overtime as needed)

Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Operations Technicians to support vaccine manufacturing for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies in Swiftwater, PA. Whether you're a recent graduate in the life sciences, a military veteran, or someone with hands-on production experience, this is your opportunity to be part of something meaningful - producing vaccines that save lives around the world.

Available Departments:

Downstream Processing**

You'll perform critical purification and filtration steps that ensure product quality and safety. This area is ideal for candidates with strong technical and compliance backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform clarification, concentration, diafiltration, and sterile filtration of biological materials

· Prepare, sanitize, and maintain process equipment and assemblies

· Execute equipment calibrations (centrifuges, refractometers, etc.)

· Complete cleaning and integrity testing (CIP/SIP processes)

· Maintain detailed and compliant cGMP documentation

· Participate in investigations and process improvement activities

Biological Services (BSA/Services)

Join the team responsible for maintaining sterile, compliant production environments - a great entry point into pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform aseptic cleaning of equipment and production areas

· Conduct environmental and water sampling

· Manage inventory using SAP and support stock control

· Document production activities per cGMP and SOPs

· Assist with deviation investigations and continuous improvement

Cart Transfer Operations

Support vaccine production through safe, structured movement of product and equipment. Perfect for those who enjoy active, physical work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely transport egg carts (up to 800 lbs) throughout production

· Load/unload incubators and manage cold storage

· Operate washers and prepare trays for hatchery use

· Document activities accurately and in compliance with SOPs

· Follow all safety and cGMP requirements

What You'll Bring

· Department-specific education (see above)

· Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8-12 hours

· Comfort working in controlled manufacturing environments

· Willingness to receive required vaccinations

· Ability to pass background and drug screening

· Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, SAP preferred)

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
