We are a client-focused financial planning firm dedicated to delivering personalized advice and high-quality service. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is experienced in financial services operations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional and timely manner

Manage advisor calendars and client scheduling using Redtail CRM

Utilize Wealthscape through NFS to support account servicing and operations

Open and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Work directly with custodians and product companies to process and service accounts

Assist with client onboarding and documentation

Maintain organized and compliant client records

Additional Information

Introductory Period: The first 90 days of employment will serve as an introductory period focused on training, system proficiency, and demonstration of accurate, independent job performance.

Requirements

Proficiency with Wealthscape through National Financial Services (NFS)

Experience using Redtail CRM for scheduling and client management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and client service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Must be willing to be fingerprinted and pass a background check

Preferred

Prior experience in a financial advisory or wealth management firm

Familiarity with account opening, transfers, and servicing workflows

Understanding of brokerage or advisory operations
