Why Work Here?
The company offers incentive bonuses tied to safety performance, rewarding employees for maintaining a safe and responsible work environment. You will work on impactful, large-scale projects that support the growth of renewable energy infrastructure. The organization values reliability, quality workmanship, and teamwork, providing opportunities to contribute your skills in a stable, production-focused setting.
Work Environment
This role is based in a mostly outdoor fabrication shop that produces structural steel products for large projects, including a major solar initiative. The facility is restructuring and adding two new conveyor lines to support a high-volume solar project, with multiple truckloads of steel arriving daily. You will primarily work with steel beams that will support solar panels, using industrial painting equipment in a production environment. The standard schedule is first shift, from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with adjustments to avoid working during the hottest parts of the day so that paint remains cool enough to adhere properly.
