Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Project Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting cross-functional project teams including engineering, procurement, and construction operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , problem-solving abilities , and project planning expertise , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager 3

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range: $75.88 - $81.73/hour

?? What's the Job?

Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource requirements for large-scale data center construction projects.

Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.

Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS), establish project critical paths, and provide schedule forecasting throughout project execution.

Monitor project risks, analyze schedules, and implement contingency plans to mitigate issues and maintain project predictability.

Provide project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with owner policies and regulatory requirements.

? What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Strong experience in data center construction projects , including planning, scheduling, and project execution.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Bluebeam and Primavera P6.

Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM), project planning, earned value management, and schedule forecasting.
