Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour, BOE

Shift available: 1st shift; office hours

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Receiving and entering incoming purchase orders in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System while keeping all records updated with current revisions.

Coordinating shipping dates with customers and addressing any questions they may have regarding their open or shipped purchase orders.

Preparing and sending reports and documents to customers as requested, while supporting team coverage for absences.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Possess an Associate's Degree and have at least two years of customer service experience; freight experience is a plus.

Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.

Have strong organizational skills and can manage time effectively to meet established goals and objectives.
