Supply Chain Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join their team. As a Supply Chain Associate, you will be part of the Raw Material Sourcing department supporting the procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Location: Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $33.00

What's the Job?

Create and maintain cost standards and other SAP data to ensure accurate procurement processes.

Facilitate PO routings and approvals within SAP to streamline supply chain workflows.

Collaborate with buyers on vendor onboarding, referencing, activation, and modifications.

Resolve pricing discrepancies and blocks with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.

Maintain and upload relevant documents into purchasing tools to support procurement activities.

What's Needed?

BA/BS degree required, with 1-3 years of experience; CO-OP experience considered.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with sound decision-making skills.

Experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus.
