Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Washington, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workflows organized, communicating professionally with visitors and callers, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a busy office environment through dependable coordination, documentation support, and consistent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage front-desk and general office support activities to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Respond to incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.

Enter, update, and verify information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy.

Prepare, edit, and format business documents, correspondence, and other administrative materials.

Maintain organized filing systems and oversee document control processes for easy access and compliance.

Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors, handling basic inquiries, and assisting with administrative requests.

Coordinate routine clerical tasks such as scheduling, record maintenance, and distribution of office materials. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or receptionist capacity.

Ability to handle inbound phone communication professionally and efficiently.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and completeness.

Experience supporting general office administration in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in document preparation, formatting, and record organization.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.
