Position

Exotech is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic IV to join our team and

provide expert support in the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of both light- and heavy-duty industrial manufacturing equipment within our facility.

This senior-level, hands-on role is critical to maintaining manufacturing equipment and machine production uptime and leading preventive maintenance efforts across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience, proven leadership skills, and extensive expertise in repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery, hydraulic units, electric motors, pneumatic systems, conveyors, PLC controls, gearboxes, forklifts, and other essential manufacturing plant equipment.

Compensation, Benefits, Schedule, and Location

Compensation:

The salary range is $32.00 to $35.00 per hour + Generous Bonus

Benefits:

Generous paid time off, medical insurance, life insurance and short-term disability insurance is covered at 100% for the employee, vision, dental, and long-term disability insurance, and 401k employer matching up to 4% of salary

Schedule:

Regular work hours are generally 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with flexibility (may be required to work overtime as necessary to meet operational needs)

Location:

This is an in-person position at the facility in Pompano Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic units, pneumatic systems, and low-voltage electrical systems, repair, maintain, and install industrial manufacturing equipment including both light-duty and heavy-duty machinery

Diagnose industrial manufacturing equipment to repair conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, forklifts, and other plant equipment

Perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and respond to equipment breakdowns and work to quickly resol
