Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming is a private practice outpatient therapy group with 7 locations across Wyoming. We are a dynamic and energetic group with a passion for patient care. We value 1-on-1 time with our patients,and foster strong relationships with our referring physicians to maximize patient outcomes. We are currently growing our team and offer the following:
Competitive compensation: $83K - $104K base salary range, depending upon experience level

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and emerging technologies to deliver high-quality care and maximize patient outcomes
Implement creative and engaging exercises and activities to promote patient participation and compliance with treatment plans
Collaborate closely with a specialized team of healthcare professionals to provide excellent care and achieve optimal results
Stay informed about the latest research and industry trends, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible care
Foster a warm and supportive environment that empowers patients throughout their recovery journey
Leverage digital platforms and telehealth capabilities to enhance patient access to care and provide virtual support when needed
Qualifications
Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wyoming
New Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Strong passion for orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate patients
Collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-based environment where ideas are shared and innovation is encouraged
Graduate from an accredited PT school
