The Instrument & Electrical Technician, Three Rivers / Berclair Midstream will be based out of Three Rivers, TX or the Goliad Gas Plant in Berclair, TX and is primarily responsible for the safe operations and maintenance of Company gas processing and pipeline assets located in and around the geographic area. The position will calibrate and inspect measurement equipment, conduct routine maintenance, eliminate and report product leaks, seeps, and spills, as well as assist with construction, maintenance and mechanical integrity projects. The position will maintain qualifications and record documentation in accordance with all applicable DOT and OSHA regulations to ensure compliance.

What You'll Do
Performing and providing technical support for installations, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and rotating equipment
Performing planned maintenance checks and calibration and timely submits appropriate reports
Assisting supervisors in changing technology and budget requirements
Maintaining effective spare parts inventory
Assisting in pump tear down/rebuild inspections and new pump installations
Working with Pipeline Integrity and Reliability group for new technologies around rotating equipment
Minimizing downtime and unsafe conditions by performing preventative maintenance
Maintaining mechanical skills by attending training sessions and on-the-job training
Maintaining technical and administrative records, including prints and project reports
Repairing electrical repairs (24 volts up to 4,160 volts)
Troubleshooting control circuits for motors
Responding to emergencies and participate in emergency response
Driving teamwork throughout the area of responsibility
Supervising, directing, and training contract crews
Participating in Safety Action Plans
Completing and maintaining required safety/regulatory training (CBT)
Pursuing cost reduction opportunities
Reading and understanding pump curves
Reading and understanding P&ID's (process and instrumentation diagrams)
Assist in PLC minor programing
What You'll Bring - Required
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver's license
Currently live, or willing to relocate, within 1 hour of reporting location
Willingness and ability to perform and comply with following, with or without reasonable accommodation:
To travel up to 20% of the time
To climb up to 50 feet using both inclined and vertical steps/ladders
To lift up to 45 pounds
To bend, kneel, knee stand and squat up to 30 minutes at a time

What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred
1 or more years of experience as an Instrument & Electrical Technician
Associate's degree in Electrical Maintenance, Instrumentation, or Industrial Electronics
Intermediate or greater level of proficiency using MS Office and SAP
Experience with mechanical and rotating equipment
Experience working with any of the following:
Electrical power and components
Digital and analog circuitry
One-line drawings and schematics
Allen-Bradley/Siemens PLCs
Rosemount Transmitters
OMNI/ABB TotalFlow flow computers
Daniel/ABB Gas Chromatographs, Oxygen, CO2, and H2S Analyzers
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $70,200 - $114,400.

Midstream
The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
