Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate accurately picks, packs, and moves inventory, performs inventory counts, kits materials, and supports end-of-day warehouse processes while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage stock accurately according to orders and work instructions.
Kit components and materials following detailed written instructions.
Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory counts to support accurate stock levels.
Replenish stock and warehouse supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Assist with end-of-day processes, including order closeout and area cleanup.
Operate warehouse equipment, including scissor lifts, reach trucks, and reach forklifts (training provided if required).
Use basic hand tools and power tools, such as staple guns and other small tools, safely and effectively.
Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
Handle order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, shipping orders, and preparing replacement parts.
Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to pick orders, track inventory, and process shipments.
Support receiving, stocking, and general warehouse labor tasks as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
Support additional warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by leadership.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using safe lifting techniques.
Basic computer skills to support order entry, inventory tracking, and shipping processes.
Basic math, counting, and inventory skills for accurate picking and stock control.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing, and inventory work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using basic hand tools and power tools, such as staple guns, in a safe and responsible manner.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with kitting or light assembly is a plus.
Experience in order fulfillment, order picking, and packing is beneficial.
Familiarity with RF scanners for picking and inventory management is an asset.
screening in general labor, warehouse operations, receiving, stocking, or shipping is helpful.
Experience operating scissor lifts, reach trucks, reach forklifts, or similar warehouse equipment is an advantage (training can be provided).
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Short-term availability for an assignment of approximately 1-3 months.

Work Environment
Work takes place in a very fast-paced warehouse environment within a heated modern factory space. The ambient temperature typically ranges from approximately 50°F to 90°F depending on the season. The work area is clean, organized, and free from wet or slippery conditions. Most items are moved with machine assistance, though some products weighing up to 40 lbs may need to be lifted by hand. Work is performed indoors, using common warehouse tools and equipment such as RF scanners, pallet handling equipment, scissor lifts, reach trucks, and basic hand and power tools. The setting emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout daily operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
