Our client, a global medical device and healthcare technology leader, is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist - Medical Device Trials to join their team.

As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Clinical Operations department supporting cross-functional clinical study teams responsible for medical device trials.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented , highly organized , and collaborative , with a passion for supporting clinical research and improving operational processes in a regulated environment.

Pay Range:

$27.14 - $34.29 per hour

Contract role: 05/04/2026 - 05/03/2027

What's the Job?

You will play a key role in supporting clinical trials and medical device operations by:

Supporting day-to-day clinical trial and device lifecycle operations

Coordinating medical device shipments, inventory tracking, and site confirmations

Partnering with Clinical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams

Managing clinical documentation, records archiving, and tracking systems

Assisting with clinical study invoice processing and operational reporting

What's Needed?

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1-2 years of patient-facing experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a related medical setting

Active CPR and First Aid certification from an accredited provider

Experience supporting clinical operations, research coordination, or healthcare processes

Strong attention to detail and comfort working in regulated environments

Ability to work fully on-site in Irvine, CA and collaborate cross-functionally
