Kelly Services in Green Bay, WI is partnered with a prominent supply chain/logistics company in search of a Billing Specialist.

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00am-4:00pm

Wage : $20/hr

Job Overview:

Assist internal and external customers and carriers in resolving payment issues. This includes dealing effectively with others to obtain results and servicing a pre-determined carrier/customer base.

Job Duties:

Perform activities in multiple payment provider systems to resolve payment issues.

Review line-haul and other related charges for accuracy and update as needed.

Perform root cause analysis to determine the reason for payment defects and facilitate resolution.

Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

One to two years relevant experience.

Work with a sense of urgency toward a desired result

Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
