Phillips County Economic Development is seeking a self-driven and motivated Director to lead operations, community engagement, and program development.
The ideal candidate is an independent worker with strong networking and people skills who enjoys connecting with the community and building meaningful partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining community relationships
Seeking out, learning, and sharing relevant information and resources
Supporting and promoting the mission of the organization
Working independently while managing ongoing initiatives
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to research, learn, and disseminate information effectively
Passion for nonprofit work and community impact
Position: Full-time (part-time negotiable for the right candidate)
