Description

We have a great opportunity with one of our clients who is adding to their team due to recent growth! In this role, you will wear many hats. Someone who likes a variety of work, adapts to change and is a team player is going to be the best fit for the position.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and ensure invoices are reviewed, coded, and prepared for timely payment.

Support purchasing activities by creating, tracking, and maintaining order-related documentation to help keep materials and services aligned with business needs.

Respond to customer service and reporting requests effectively, providing clear updates and accurate information as needed.

Partner with internal team members to resolve discrepancies, purchasing questions, and payment-related issues.

Assist with operational workflows tied to the implementation of updated software tools and related process adjustments.

Contribute to a dependable onsite support function by managing assigned accounting and administrative tasks

Additional Information:

Contract to hire opportunity

Flexible work hours between 7 and 5:30

40 hours per week

Casual office attire (jeans and tennis shoes are acceptable!)

Pay: DOE

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in accounting support, accounts payable, purchasing and/or customer-account management.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and simple reporting.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities in an onsite work environment.

Clear communication skills and a dependable, team-focused approach to daily responsibilities.
