Physical Therapist, Acute Care
Location: UCHealth Broomfield Hospital, Broomfield CO
Department: BF Acute Therapy
Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days (5 days/week). Ability to have a flexible schedule is necessary, including ability to work later shifts 1-2x per week. Position will have minimal weekend commitments.
Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
Position will primarily provide therapy services in Acute setting, including Med/Surg and Post-op orthopedic populations, with intermittent coverage of low acuity ED needs and support for Inpatient Rehab Facility.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Physical Therapist:
Assess and Diagnose: Conduct Comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Make a tangible difference as you create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Educate and instruct Patients: Provide through education to patients and their families: empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
