Supply Chain Associate - Early Careers Development Program 2026
Supply Chain Associate- Engage and develop proficiency in all major areas of the WestRock Supply Chain with demonstrated knowledge surrounding Procurement, Logistics and Product Planning.\u202F\u202F\u202F
Responsibilities- Develop a broad understanding and base of the supply chain functions. Able to plug and play into all entry level roles within Supply Chain along with a strong understanding of processes.\u202F\u202F

The two-year program consists of a series of rotations designed to explore different supply chain functions and aspects of the paper and packaging industry\u202F
Rotations are selected based on business need and can be anywhere within the United States\u202F
This role as a Process, Production or Project engineer has multiple responsibilities including continually exploring opportunities to optimize production, improve quality, and reduce cost.\u202F
The ECD Rotational Associate may also support projects in Supply Chain and Logistics, Sustainability, Safety, R&D, and/or special assignments\u202F
