The Project Leader is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering initiatives from initiation through completion for the Practice Enablement sub-portfolio. This role combines project management discipline, cross-functional leadership, and strong stakeholder coordination to successfully execute initiatives that support the Firm's 2030 strategic ambition.
In this role, you will lead and contribute to initiatives that drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial transformation across the organization.
What You Will Do
Lead medium- to large-scale projects and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives; provide direction to project coordinators and project team members to ensure successful delivery.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners, external vendors, and other project leaders and teams.
Facilitate project start-up activities, including requirements gathering, resource onboarding, project planning, and documentation.
Monitor, track, and report project progress against defined plans, including scope, schedule, cost, resources, and quality, using dashboards and established metrics.
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues; lead resolution efforts and escalate high-impact or unresolved items as appropriate.
Execute planning, governance, and facilitation activities to ensure delivery of intended outcomes and milestones.
Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across workstreams and related projects.
Ensure the development and execution of testing strategies, including coordination of testing activities, defect tracking, and resolution.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills/Requirements
What Experience You'll Need :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
3-5 years of project or product management experience leading complex, division-level projects or products, including the ability to define, monitor, and interpret performance metrics across the full development lifecycle.
Strong working knowledge of project and product management lifecycles, with the ability to determine when to apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
3-5 years of relevant industry or role-related experience.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, divisions, and external vendors.
Demonstrated ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and resolve issues impacting the end-to-end project lifecycle.
What Could Set You Apar t:
MBA or graduate degree preferred.
Project Management certification (PMP, SAFe and/or Company Specific Certifications) preferred within 2 years.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
