Summary of Job:
As a Resort Activities Attendant, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a variety of free and paid seasonal activities for resort guests. The Activities Attendant must be detail oriented, have a pleasant personality, and have an above standard customer service personality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your goal is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests by providing engaging and well-organized activities.
This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing a range of enjoyable and memorable seasonal activities.
Interact with guests of all ages, promote activities, and encourage guest participation.
Lead and facilitate scheduled activities, ensuring that they run smoothly and according to plan.
Ensure the safety of participants during activities and provide any necessary instructions or guidance.
Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and report any issues for prompt resolution.
Assist guests in understanding and participating in available activities.
Maintain a clean Back 40 area by sweeping, dusting, garbage removal, and washing windows.
Maintain and bundle wood in the Woodshed at the RV Park.
Assist in the operation of the Back 40 Front Desk.
Other Activities as directed.
Physical Demands:
Long periods of standing, stretching, bending, squatting, walking and lifting.
Hourly rate: $14/hr
