Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational excellence and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sparta, MI

Pay: $17/hr + $1/shift premium

Shift: 2nd & 3rd

What's the Job?

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.

Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures.

Document production data accurately and report any issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

What's Needed?

Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety guidelines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
