As a Security Officer - Construction Driving Patrol in Eagle Mountain, UT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to support daily operations with professionalism and integrity while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or site concerns.

Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.

Prepare clear, timely reports of patrol activity, incidents, and/or observed conditions, and share relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
