We are looking for a talented IT Support Associate to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley, MN.

Education/Experience
High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience (to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations) required.
Associate degree, relevant industry training, certification or equivalent experience preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

This role is 100% onsite.
Core Responsibilities / Activities:
Provide advanced technical support for critical systems and devices by independently troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across end-user systems and specialized equipment, including Zebra, Windows, and IoT-enabled networked devices.
Deliver advanced network support by diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues affecting end-user devices and operational equipment, leveraging strong networking fundamentals and close collaboration with network and infrastructure teams.
Provide consistent, hands-on, on-site IT support for business-critical operations in a time-sensitive environment, while also supporting nearby locations as needed to ensure system stability and continuity.
Skills / Education / Experience:
Extensive hands-on experience designing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and overall network connectivity in a Cisco/HPE environment.
Strong working knowledge of Windows-based systems in an enterprise environment; familiarity with Linux environments is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
Technical Skills:
Experience supporting Windows operating systems (XP through 11) and Windows Server environments (2008 through 2019).
Familiarity with antivirus platforms, Active Directory, and foundational Windows security configurations.
Foundational understanding of network infrastructure concepts, including TCP/IP, switching, and common network devices.
Strong technical aptitude with standard IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Telnet/Putty clients, Remote Desktop, and enterprise collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.
