Our client, a dedicated organization supporting community welfare, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the logistics and operations department supporting food distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Johnstown, PA

Pay Range: $40000 - $50000

Shift: Mon-Fri day shift

What's the Job?

Lead physical counts and reconcile data within the inventory system to ensure accuracy.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product receipt, storage, and outbound logistics for pantry orders.

Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational excellence.

Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and safety compliance.

Serve as the primary logistics lead for the community pantry network, providing timely support and resource allocation.

What's Needed?

Minimum of an Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience of three years in warehouse management.

Proven experience managing teams and delegating tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and familiarity with inventory management software (WMS).

Valid state driver's license with a clean DMV record and forklift certification or the ability to obtain one quickly.

High attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to remain professional under pressure and frequent interruptions.
