Job Summary:
The Senior Group Supply Chain Analyst leads advanced analytics and enterprise reporting to improve visibility, efficiency, and risk resilience across 9 sites and global suppliers. This role drives data standardization, cost and performance forecasting, and systems optimization to support strategic sourcing and operational decision-making. The analyst translates complex data into executive-level insights, enabling long-term business performance. Ideal candidates combine strong analytical and technical expertise with systems thinking, automation capabilities, and the ability to manage complex, business-impacting initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting
Manage monthly supply chain KPIs and performance reporting across 9 sites.
Maintain and enhance standardized dashboards and reporting tools.
Analyze supplier and commodity performance, including quality, on-time delivery, cost, risk, and tariff impacts.
Maintain Supply Chain Bowler scorecards (Supplier Delivery, PPI, PPV).
Cost Analysis & Forecasting
Compare supply chain performance trends against annual plan targets.
Develop forward-looking cost forecasts (productivity, inflation, PPI, PPV, tariffs).
Identify adverse performance trends and recommend corrective actions.
Support development and tracking of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Strategic Sourcing & Commodity Analytics
Serve as liaison between corporate analytics and strategic sourcing teams.
Prepare data tools and templates to support commodity strategies.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for strategic planning.
Risk Management & Resilience Analytics
Develop and maintain supply chain risk management models.
Collaborate with external risk management providers to optimize tools.
Translate complex risk data into meaningful recommendations.
Process Improvement & Automation
Design, build, and deploy analytical tools, dashboards, and Power BI applications.
Implement process and data automation to increase efficiency.
Improve data accuracy, usability, and governance standards.
Provide user training, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements.
New Acquisition Integration & Data Standardization
Lead integration of supply chain analytics and reporting for newly acquired businesses.
Assess data structures, reporting processes, and systems of acquired entities.
Develop standardized data models, KPI frameworks, and reporting templates.
Integrate acquisition data into enterprise databases and dashboards.
Ensure consistent definitions, methodologies, and metrics across all sites.
Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to support data migration, validation, and governance.
Establish scalable, repeatable processes for future acquisition integrations.
Executive & Leadership Reporting
Support preparation of monthly and quarterly executive performance reports.
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of data used in leadership communications.
Provide insights that support senior management decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
Present analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and system integrations.
Minimum Qualifications :
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related operational analytics environment.
Knowledge : Working knowledge and understanding of supply chain and operational performance metrics. Familiarity with standard supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures.
Abilities : Excellent analytical abilities along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Exhibit effective decision-making capabilities and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to collect and interpret data, define problems, analyze information, and draw sound conclusions. Possess a proven track record of delivering results within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel along with experience using automated reporting systems. Strong experience in SQL querying, optimization, and data aggregation, along with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power Query, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Skilled in trend and variance analysis and capable of developing automation solutions using Python or other scripting languages. The role requires proficiency with data visualization platforms including Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, as well as experience working with data warehouses such as BigQuery or Redshift. A basic understanding of APIs, data ingestion processes, and data quality concepts is essential, in addition to foundational knowledge of data governance practices. Skilled in utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git, and have working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and fundamental data modeling principles. Experience with Oracle is also required.
Education/Certification : BA or BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or related technical field; or equivalent experience.
Core Competencies : Consistently approach work with a process-improvement orientation and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to independently solve problems and collaborate effectively across functional teams.

Salary range: $108,000 to $132,000. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
