Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Archdale, NC

Pay Range: $14-18/hr

Shift: First Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

Operate waterjet and other metal fabrication machines to produce high-quality components

Perform assembly tasks involving floorbox, cans, and covers

Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Assist team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

Previous experience operating manufacturing or fabrication machinery is preferred

Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Willingness to work overtime if needed
