Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Holliston, MA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate fulfillment of daily film orders and maintaining the organization of our distribution center.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate fulfillment of daily film orders.

Pull and cut film according to order specifications.

Label products and prepare them for shipping.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.

Monitor inventory and communicate results to lead, supervisor, or manager.

Operate machinery safely and train others on proper use.

Handle shipping and receiving duties, including unloading, loading, and monitoring returns.

Assemble boxes and package items.

Train in customer service duties and take calls for inside sales as required.

Ensure safety for self and other employees by following company protocols.

Essential Skills

2-4 years of warehouse experience.

Experience with computers and basic office equipment.

Forklift experience.

Experience in packaging and inventory control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to fully understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the day.

Capability in material handling using pallet jacks, ladders, transport carts, and forklifts.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Team-oriented mentality.

Work Environment

Work in a clean 25,000 SQ FT warehouse environment that is both heated and air-conditioned. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Holliston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
