Job Description:

Develop and maintain a portfolio of trusted advisor relationships at senior executive levels (CEO, CFO, Board, Treasurer+)

Target clients and revenue opportunities and strike appropriate balance between short- and long-term revenue priorities.

Develop client-relevant transaction ideas by leveraging successful transaction expertise or generating new ideas.

Effectively coordinate business origination teams to win lead-managed mandates.

Has primary client coverage responsibility and senior level of product knowledge for a select group of clients in the Technology Industry

Act as lead on major deals/transactions with key clients, and generate senior level of revenue

Provides leadership/mentorship to group and ensures continuous development of industry knowledge and profile

Sets overall strategy for Technology industry group.

Oversees execution on transactions.

Guides and develops more junior colleagues through training, mentorship, guidance and leadership by example, and helps them to understand their role in the firm's success.

Education

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related discipline

Experience

10 years direct experience
