Salary placement for non-represented positions is based on a comprehensive compensation review and takes into consideration the candidate's qualifications as well as internal equity.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business administration, economics, or a related field
Four (4) years of experience performing administrative support duties for an agency or organization that included performing budget and fiscal analysis; participating in developing programs, policies, and procedures; performing research; and preparing analytical reports
Note: An equivalent combination of related training and experience may be considered
Some positions may require that you possess and maintain a valid Nevada or "border state" driver's license, as defined by NRS 483
Desirable: Experience performing administrative support duties for a municipal government
Desirable: Master's Degree in a related field
