Job Description

A agricultural client of Insight Global is looking to add a Constuction Manager to their team. The ideal candidate has experience managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing resources, scheduling, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Skills and Requirements

OSHA 30 certification

Comfortable traveling 75% of the time!

Responsible for coordinating schedules for the PMs

Maintaining the relationship between the contractors and Bayer.

Coordinate with contractors to maintain a complete set of a built project drawings.

Ability to maintain and complete sets of drawings, specifications, vendor drawings, working drawings issued by the project team to the contractors.

Responsible for SOW, budgeting, and estimating.

Knowledge of the design intent, process flows and process equipment functions pertaining to scope of work.

Approve and track expenditures, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any defects or issues. - Experience working as an owners rep
