Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on talent solutions and services within your assigned territory.
Establish and continuously refine a targeted list of accounts and prospects using internal systems and external research tools.
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging CRM platforms and professional networking tools.
Conduct well-prepared, in-person meetings with decision-makers to understand business needs, qualify opportunities, and present value-driven solutions.
Increase sales and market share through a combination of assigned accounts and newly generated business.
Negotiate bill rates and terms effectively to maximize profitability while ensuring direct labor rates align with current market standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships within client accounts by providing high-quality consultants and proactive customer service.
Proactively market resumes of ideal candidates to existing and prospective clients to generate interest and new opportunities.
Perform sales-related activities such as leading meetings at client sites and organizing client manager and consultant lunches to strengthen relationships.
Partner closely with the recruiting team to identify top engineering and sciences talent that aligns with client requirements.
Participate fully in a comprehensive training program, including role plays, job shadowing, and teach-backs, to develop expertise in your industry and sales process.
Engage in ongoing formal and informal mentorship opportunities to support your professional growth and progression toward leadership or other internal career paths.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales, which may include sales-related majors, clubs, or internships.
Strong desire to build a long-term career in business-to-business, relationship-based sales.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and candidates.
Demonstrated sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct professional, in-person client meetings.
High standard of character and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Strong propensity and motivation to learn new concepts, tools, and industry knowledge.
Experience or comfort in sales and customer service environments.
Interest in or intent to pursue education related to sales or business.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership roles in academic, club, or internship settings.
Demonstrated strong desire to learn and grow within a structured training and mentorship environment.
Interest in working with clients in engineering, sciences, and corporate functions such as accounting, finance, human resources, talent acquisition, procurement, supply chain, and administrative roles.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships and maintain a high level of client and consultant satisfaction.
Comfort using CRM systems and external networking tools to manage pipelines and relationships.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You will work in a professional office setting that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. The environment is fast-paced and performance-oriented, with clear goals and support from leadership and peers. You will use CRM systems and various networking and communication tools to manage accounts, track activity, and connect with clients and candidates. The organization offers a comprehensive, paid 24-week training program followed by a competitive base salary structure with unlimited commission potential, performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and an all-expenses-paid annual trip for top performers. The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
