The Fraud and Recovery Unit plays a critical role in investigating fraud, waste, and abuse within public assistance programs, working closely with state and federal partners to support accountability and pursue justice. Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Provides and coordinates administrative office support for the Fraud and Recovery Unit to ensure efficient daily operations
Serves as administrative assistant to Program Managers by handling routine duties and responding to requests for information, including interpreting departmental rules and regulations;
Composes, reviews, edits, and prepares correspondence and reports, including compiling information for routine and special reports;
Coordinates meetings and workshops by managing logistics, preparing agendas and materials, and scheduling meetings and conference calls;
Establishes and maintains organized filing systems, directories, inventory records, and equipment tracking for the unit;
Processes incoming and outgoing communications, including mail handling, document distribution, phone inquiries, and calendar management;
Acts as a liaison with Telecommunications and between supervisors and staff to resolve issues, facilitate communication, and support unit operations.
