Role summary:
The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads the design, development, and deployment of advanced data solutions and AI-driven automation. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring active development in SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Agentic AI systems, while also managing security compliance, vendor collaboration, and end-to-end solution delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as both a technical leader and individual contributor, driving innovation through intelligent data systems and AI agents while ensuring adherence to enterprise security and governance standards.

The team is committed to delivering precise, high-quality data and insights that strengthen partnerships and support Walmart Specialty Pharmacy's internal operations. Emphasizing data integrity, collaboration, and service excellence, team members manage essential business information that drives patient access and organizational success. Utilizing advanced tools, automation, and AI, the team develops scalable, efficient processes. They collaborate across departments to ensure reporting accuracy and data quality, continuously enhancing practices to address evolving business needs and support growth within the specialty pharmacy sector.
What you'll do:
Technical Development & Architecture
Design, develop, and optimize advanced SQL queries for large-scale data processing and analytics.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models using BigQuery and Python .
Develop, deploy, and monitor Agentic AI systems to automate workflows, decision-making, and operational processes.
Leadership & Team Oversight
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts.
Provide hands-on guidance in coding, debugging, and system design.
Coordinate submission of required documentation for security reviews, approvals, and audits .
Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions .
Delivery & Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end delivery from concept ? technical specs ? development ? deployment ? maintenance .
What you'll bring:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or AI development.
Advanced proficiency in: SQL (expert-level query development) , Google BigQuery
Python (data processing, automation, AI integration)
Hands-on experience building or working with Agentic AI systems Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms .
Proven ability to work with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or pharmacy data systems .
Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI handling, and regulated environments .
Experience with SFTP, APIs, and data integration frameworks .
Knowledge of AI orchestration tools .

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
