You'll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.Hours: 3-4 Days A Week, 12+ Hour ShiftsLocation: 620 Parker Road, Maysville KY 41056 Key Responsibilities:- Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites- Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans- Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards What to Expect:- No prior dialysis experience required-comprehensive paid training provided- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays- May float to multiple facilities during and after training- Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs Requirements:- Current RN license in the state of practice- ADN required; BSN preferred- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus- CNN or CDN certification preferred What We Offer:- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match- Paid time off and PTO cash-out- Mental health and family support (EAP, Headspace, parental leave, etc.)- Paid training and ongoing professional development Join a team that brings life-saving care to where it's needed most.
