The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital. TheFMHF Executive Assistantprovides executive level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, managing policies, procedures and processes. Required for first day of work Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures. Thorough knowledge of recordkeeping, filing, letter writing, taking meeting minutes, and professional communication procedures. Ability to work independently to organize workload to maximize efficiency and meet multiple priorities. Ability to work well with healthcare professionals, psychiatric patients, and their families. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive material. Good interpersonal skills and ability to respond to stressful situations in a manner that helps the other individual de-escalate.
