Overview
Iron Arch McDonald's is seeking motivated and goal-oriented Shift Leader to lead restaurant operations and support team success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent guest experiences while building a long-term career in the food service industry.
As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, guide crew members, and ensure the restaurant maintains McDonald's standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
Supervise crew and support team performance during assigned shifts
Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
Monitor safety, security, and operational efficiency
Oversee food safety compliance and restaurant procedures
Manage inventory and support stock control
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the restaurant at all times
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Support scheduling and shift transitions for smooth operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
Communicate effectively with management and team members
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Compensation
Starting wage: $20/hour
Training wage: $15/hour
Up to $20/hour within 30 days upon completion of required procedures exam
Up to $25/hour within 3 months after completion of MIT program and verification
Daily pay available through Tapcheck
