Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join their team. As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

Location: Palo Alto, California

What's the Job?

Lead and manage a team of technicians and operators in a fast-paced production environment

Set daily priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

Oversee electroplating operations, troubleshoot bath chemistry, equipment, and process issues

Identify inefficiencies on the shop floor and implement practical improvements to enhance throughput and quality

Maintain high standards for part quality, consistency, and finish requirements while ensuring safety and environmental compliance

What's Needed?

7+ years of hands-on experience in plating, machining, or manufacturing operations

Strong knowledge of electroplating processes and shop operations

Proven leadership experience managing production teams

Ability to troubleshoot equipment, processes, and quality issues in real time

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
