As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist Full Time in West Norriton, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a busy retail location, where you will patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site leadership.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access and crowd control needs, and help to deter theft, disorderly conduct, and/or other security-related concerns.

Support closing and opening routines, observe high-traffic areas, and communicate with store personnel regarding security-related issues, hazards, and/or response needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
